Banks Long & Co are chartered surveyors and commercial property consultants employing 32 professional staff that, amongst many other things, are helping to breathe new life into Lincoln’s city centre with the £70m Cornhill Quarter regeneration project.
POP were commissioned to replace the company’s corporate website and to dramatically enhance the onsite functionality compared to the previous incarnation. The previous website used a third-party subscription-based property search and email marketing system, which was too inflexible to do what Banks Long & Co wanted it to do and was relatively expensive for the functionality it provided.

We created a completely bespoke website for them that vastly improves the presentation of the company online and has the search and marketing functionality built in.
Staff can log into a secure dashboard where they can add and manage both properties and enquiries. The website automatically matches the properties with the enquiry database and then the matched properties are emailed and tracked to prospective clients via the website.
